Easy to set up preorders, adds messages to PDP to help explain to customers expectation which has a good impact on CVR.

What was disappointing

We manually hold the inventory sold rather than manage it through the app as it adds a layer of complication - if this was managed well through the app this would be better. Similarly, ending a preorder is quite manual and on times it has led to errors with team members ending a preorder but the out of stock selling remains active in the back end - when we eventually sell through stock this cause OOS sells which is a CX issue. I think the app could manage this process better.

Extremely easy to set up and use, translations inbuilt in the app which is big thing for a multi locale store.

What was disappointing

Setting the countdown time for different countries could be improved, you have to either work out the time difference to local time and set it to that or change your computers time zone to match the desired location - adds room for error or additional steps.

The Shopify integration is very strong. Segmentation, flows and customer behaviour data give you a huge amount of control, and once automations are built properly they can generate revenue without constant manual work.

What was disappointing

It can become expensive as the contact database grows, and there’s enough functionality that setup and troubleshooting can become unnecessarily complicated..
