What exceeded expectations
The platform handles a large, long lived amount of review data without issue, I pulled the entire history through their API once and it paginated cleanly with nothing lost. A big one time bulk import of historical reviews also went through with zero errors once I had the right template. Their pricing is negotiable too, they eventually let us drop into a lower tier once we stopped needing one of the paid modules.
What was disappointing
Innovation has felt stagnant compared to competitors, especially on AI assisted features, and I have been underwhelmed by our account manager's ability to proactively suggest ways to get more value out of the account. It also does not integrate with other messaging platforms for sending review request messages, so you are locked into their own send channel for that. The one thing I would change is proactive account guidance, a cheaper plan configuration existed the whole time and they never brought it up until I pushed.

I would like to be able to meet with someone to assess the performance and strategy of my program. I had an initial onboarding review with my sales rep but there is no customer success manager and I want to refine my program.
