What exceeded expectations
judgeme is usually the review app we recommend when the client wants something reliable, affordable, and not overcomplicated. For one Shopify client, the main win was getting proper product reviews, photo reviews, review request emails, and star ratings live quickly without turning the project into a bigger implementation than it needed to be. The free plan is also genuinely useful, and the paid plan is still simple compared with many other review tools.
What was disappointing
The product does the core job well; I just think the next layer is helping merchants turn reviews into better conversion assets, not just collecting them.

While Judge.me covers the essentials very well, there is some limitation when it comes to advanced customization and enterprise-level features. For example, more flexibility in UI/UX design control, deeper analytics, and better segmentation for review requests would be valuable. Additionally, improving integrations with other marketing and CRM tools, as well as enhancing support for more complex workflows (like multi-store or multi-language setups), would make it even more powerful for scaling brands.
