What exceeded expectations
It has any easy way to set up integration was very easy has a very clean and easy to us UI as well as easy to use to see how they can connect other reviews for similar/same products.
What was disappointing
It dose not do a great job with product review collections. We are either force to build from scratch in Klayivio or forced to use their own email system.

Incredible Service and knowledge from the Customer Service Team. Very easy to get setup and love that it integrates well with Klaviyo. Also loved the Survey and Referral add ons.
What was disappointing
Not had any issues really. Main issue I guess would be for my clients where wholesale is a big part of their brand and review syndication was easier with Yotpo as well as more large format retailers were using Yotpo.
