What exceeded expectations

The initial set-up was straightforward. More or less, it did what it was supposed to do. Support was helpful.

What was disappointing

Very expensive compared to other apps. Looks outdated. Slow load review pages. Confusing review and reward systems. They are on different websites? The social push feature was completely broken.

What was disappointing

What exceeded expectations

Stamped met the minimum requirements of what we needed in the beginning, but as more and more features became available, the cost was not comparable to what we could get from another app

What was disappointing

It's incredibly buggy when trying to respond to reviews. Sending emails to customers never worked through the platform. We could never get the loyalty portion to work correctly. The cost is wildly prohibitive to considering any upgrades or further testing.

What exceeded expectations

The 1st line support team are very responsive. They appear to be committed to helping you solve any issue that you have, over the 4 years that we used this App as are Review solution the support team have tried the best they can to help. When customer submit reviews, they appear on the site. The review stars appear on product and on category pages. A brand can create groups allowing very similar designs to sit under one design for reviews.

What was disappointing

The impact on page load speed has been disappointing, but other review Apps also impact this. Over the years, and just the other month, review emails fail to send when they should - some times it takes 24h other times the support team have had to help push them out. The Dashboard is a little clumsy, the queue of orders to be sent for review is not sync'd by order number, so out of sequence, the list of reviews sent is not sequential. The Analytics needs to be check to see if review requests have been sent out. We selected Stamped because of its strong integration with Shopify, yet there have been multiple problems with "the Shopify API", as stamped explain it. Because of an API issue Stamped cant link with the Email Platform that we use - so a feature we were told we can use doesn't work - the correct number of reviews doesn't match the customer profile. Recently we have been unable to send out review requests because there is an issue with the API and products are not pulling through. This was discovered by us 4 weeks ago and still it is being looked into.
