The ability to customize commission structures and set different payout rules has given us flexibility in managing our affiliates. The built-in affiliate marketplace has also helped attract new partners, boosting our brand’s reach and sales.
What was disappointing
While UpPromote Affiliate is a powerful tool, there are a few areas where it falls short. The dashboard and reporting features could be more detailed and customizable to provide deeper insights into affiliate performance. Some users may find the setup process slightly complex, especially when configuring advanced commission structures. Additionally, the free plan has limited features, making it necessary to upgrade for full functionality. The affiliate approval process could also be more streamlined, as manually reviewing and approving affiliates can be time-consuming. Lastly, integration with third-party payment systems for commission payouts could be improved to offer more flexibility.
