Features were great, especially the dynamic blocks within emails allowing us to show only specific content to certain segments within the same email campaign.
What was disappointing
After gping through the entire set up of migrating our SMS & Email from two platforms to Yotpo, we were told only a few months later they were sunsetting the email & SMS portion of their platform. Very disappointing and costly to switch yet again.

What was disappointing
Yotpo SMS has been pretty solid overall, but one area that could use improvement is the customization options for message templates—they feel a bit limited. It would also be nice if the reporting features were more detailed to give deeper insights into campaign performance. However, these are minor issues in an otherwise strong product.
