What exceeded expectations
Privy is great for getting pop-ups, flyouts, and email capture forms launched quickly. The WYSIWYG builder makes it easy for non-technical users to publish campaigns with minimal dev involvement. It also integrates cleanly with Shopify and supports A/B testing for forms, which is helpful for CRO testing.
What was disappointing
Some of the customization options for design and layout can be limiting without CSS overrides. The form analytics could also be more detailed, especially around conversion attribution across multiple sessions or devices. That said, it still performs well for most use cases.

What exceeded expectations
the automatic parts of the site work very well. They have good templets and have found no errors with the product
What was disappointing
the email templets do not ingrate products from your website and you have ti fill in more pictures and text that other similar products. I receive more more sales from the shopify email than Privy email.

the automatic parts of the site work very well. They have good templets and have found no errors with the product
What was disappointing
the email templets do not ingrate products from your website and you have ti fill in more pictures and text that other similar products. I receive more more sales from the shopify email than Privy email.

It is okay for popups and email, but lacking a lot of features compared to Klaviyo.

Doesn't have much integration, tracking and features as Klaviyo. Not as data rich also and really expensive.
