What exceeded expectations
I dont have to build any email campaigns or flows anymore. Just send a message of what to put in campaigns/make calendar and then check them for approvals or changes.
What was disappointing
Hoping they start including recs for campaigns especailly based on new products/variants, restocks etc without me having to tell them

The templates feel elevated and conversion focused without requiring heavy custom development, which is important for maintaining a premium brand aesthetic. The sections are flexible and allow for strong storytelling, which is key for product drops and campaign moments. I also appreciate the mobile optimization and how seamlessly the layouts adapt across devices. The speed and simplicity of making updates without breaking the design structure has made it efficient to test new content, product pages, and landing experiences. Overall, the balance between visual polish and usability has exceeded expectations.
What was disappointing
At times, the design editing capabilities feel somewhat inconsistent, especially when trying to make more nuanced layout adjustments. While the templates are strong, there are moments where customization feels capped unless you’re comfortable working directly with HTML or custom code. If I could improve one thing, it would be expanding advanced design flexibility within the app itself so founders can achieve more detailed customizations without needing technical knowledge.

The AI on this is so much smarter than a lot of AI on other products I have used. I like that they still also do a human QA at the beginning of set up to make sure that everything is being set up properly.
