What exceeded expectations
Shopify Email has been very reliable for my store. It’s easy to use, integrates perfectly with my Shopify customer data, and allows me to quickly build and send campaigns without needing third party tools. The simplicity and speed really exceed expectations for a built-in solution.
What was disappointing
The main limitation is the lack of advanced automation features and deeper segmentation options. For BFCM level campaigns, I often need more flexibility and behavior based triggers. Improving automation tools would make it much easier to scale and optimize campaigns.

Shopify email is a good option for my business when I am not using Mailchimp or when I want to access customers that are not on my Mailchimp customer lists.
What was disappointing
When customers receive this email, it looks like spam, the design is too generic, and it is very un-sleek, lacks creativity, and not a good option for sales.
