What exceeded expectations
Loved having a great team to help us port everything over and transition. Deliverability has stayed pretty solid and consistent and the product updates are rolling in. Pricing is spot on.
What was disappointing
The SMS product is inferior to what's currently on the market, and missing some key abilities.

Pricing was really good and founder is extremely open to feedback. He's constantly talking to the community and product is improving rapidly

The main value prop is pricing. Klaviyo is a superior product. However, Sendlane is improving the product at a rapid pace.
