i don't think this is even Tidio's fault but would be good to get a tiktok dm integration in there

Tidio has been excellent for improving customer communication. The live chat is responsive, easy to integrate with Shopify, and the AI chatbots help automate FAQs, saving time for both customers and support teams. The interface is intuitive, and I like how it combines multiple channels (live chat, email, Messenger) in one dashboard. It has definitely increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What was disappointing

Sometimes the chatbot setup can feel a bit limited without upgrading to higher-tier plans. The mobile app could also be more responsive for managing chats on the go. Additionally, advanced customization for chat widgets requires more technical effort than expected. These are not deal-breakers, but improvements would make the tool even better.

Great interface. Attractive features. But that's about it.

What was disappointing

Too difficult to onboard/integrate. Too many options and I still have not been able to use their AI to its fullest potential. I would prefer a one click installation and deployement. Rather than spending hours on just configuring it.
