What exceeded expectations

I love te helpdesk feature and the ability to handle all customer messages from all platforms in one place. I also love the ability to perform shopify actions within the app.

What was disappointing

Their AI sidekick definitely leaves much to be desired. It's almost impossible to teach it to sound "on-brand" and it rarely pulls information from our knowledgebase.

I appreciated having multiple platforms integrated into a single, streamlined inbox.

What was disappointing

Errors occurred while integrating Office 360, and it took customer service several hours, and sometimes even a day or two, to respond. The issue remained unresolved, leading to the deletion of the app
