A way for us to track online conversations with our customers - we don't use it as the single source, we still use email.

What was disappointing

I'm not sure if it's an us problem or a software thing, but our team still uses email to communicate with customers, and we don't really see Reamaze as our ticketing system, rather a placeholder for chats.

Reamaze has been an outstanding addition to my Shopify store’s customer support toolkit. The live chat functionality is incredibly robust, with real-time messaging, canned responses, and automation that make it easy to provide instant assistance to customers. One of the standout features is the unified inbox, which consolidates emails, live chat, social media messages, and even SMS into one place. It has made managing multiple communication channels so much more efficient. The ability to integrate with Shopify directly and view customer order details or past interactions right from the dashboard is a huge time-saver. The automation workflows and chatbots have also exceeded expectations, handling common questions and tasks seamlessly while freeing up my time to focus on more complex issues. I also appreciate how customizable the chat widget is, allowing me to match it perfectly with my store’s branding. Beyond that, the analytics tools provide great insights into response times, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics that help me optimize my support processes. The Reamaze team has also been incredibly supportive and responsive, providing top-notch assistance whenever I’ve needed help.

While Reamaze is a powerful tool, there are a few areas where it could improve. For starters, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for users who are new to managing multiple communication channels. There’s a learning curve to fully understanding all the features and setting up workflows, which might require some extra time or help from their support team. Additionally, while the app’s automation features are great, creating and customizing workflows can be a bit complex without prior experience in logic-based automation. Another area that could be improved is the mobile app—it works well enough, but it’s not as polished as the desktop version and can sometimes feel clunky when managing a high volume of messages. Finally, the pricing structure might be a barrier for smaller businesses or those with limited budgets, as the cost increases with more users and advanced features. Despite these minor drawbacks, Reamaze remains a highly valuable tool that has significantly improved my ability to provide excellent customer service.
