They take my feedback and are very responsive on what to build next on the roadmap especially with ADA compliance.

What was disappointing

They built a referral widget for post purchase but I suggested a loyalty play with a referral fall back since I've seen a 39% take rate when using other pop ups for this use case.

The mechanics of the product are great. Also having multiple products in the same platform is a god send for me and my team.

What was disappointing

The 1:1 service could be better. We often have a WIP where we have to raise the same issues over and over again.

What was disappointing

Has some odd glitches, and our marketing team is not happy with it. Seems to have gotten harder to start customers on with Shopify's most recent update.

None of it. It was the worst experience and business decision of my 40+ year career.

What was disappointing

Update: 03/26 The service was down for almost 3 week recently and customers could not redeem rewards at all. We are switching services. I wish we could merge profiles for customers with duplicate accounts so the points all go into one account. I also would like to be able to assign free shipping to premium tier levels as an ongoing perk. I would also like to be able to assign a tier level without giving the points to get there. Other than that, it works well.
