What exceeded expectations
At one time Flits was the layer over the basic Shopify customer account. They were helpful in adding the ability to check loyalty rewards points to the account.
What was disappointing
Very little customization possible, the presentation does not match our brand. Now that the Shopify native interface can be customized we will most likely stop using Flits.
