The best customer service hands down. Easy to use, and insanely helpful. They offer templates and video tutorials, as well as webinars to help educate on marketing, planning templates, marketing strategies and more!
What was disappointing
It is catered more to the US in regards to holiday templates and advice, but I know they are a small team and I believe they are working on expanding it out :)
