What exceeded expectations
Having been with another Email platform for over 14 years, this was migration which had a great deal of preplanning and evaluation. We needed an Email solution that can deliver on the latest functionality, but has a perfect integration with Shopify, to enable and manage segmentation and flows. delighted with all this. The support and guidance during and after the on boarding was fantastic. The migration was fantastic - all our flows etc perfectly copied over to give a like for like starting base.
What was disappointing
We were hoping for an significantly increase customer acquisition from sigh up - we need to work with Drip further on this. Every Application has an integration with the 2 biggest players, so its take a while to ensure we have all the App integrations with Drip that we want. But this will be easier as Drip grows, which we are sure they will.
