What exceeded expectations
They have a massive library of website popups and forms. They offer a flexible way of targeting certain pages and user behavior. They make it easy to A/B test forms and have good reporting.
What was disappointing
Editing the forms can be incredibly time consuming and it quite frankly frustrating at times. They do not keep your color schemes so you have to enter the same color codes repeatedly.
