What exceeded expectations
Rock solid for automating cross-platform workflows—product registrations, waiver syncs, subscriber updates, task creation. Once a Zap is set up, it just runs. The breadth of integrations means I can connect almost anything without custom dev work.
What was disappointing
No real complaints with the product itself. My challenge is internal: we're underutilizing it. Would love better discovery/templates specifically for ecommerce sales and conversion workflows—easier ways to see "here's what other Shopify stores automate" to spark ideas for expanding usage.
