What exceeded expectations
We migrated to Linnworks from Brightpearl. The primary reason at the time (over 8 years ago) was to manage the various sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy etc etc) orders - funnelling into one place. To have one "point of Truth" for stock. Its been perfect for us. There are more and more competitors - but the platform has not let us done. Support is strong and swift. Notifications and Communication is strong.
What was disappointing
Disappointed - is not how we feel. .... but ...Perhaps the functionality, or the UX could be improved and more up to date. You can create an push listings into channels like Amazon, but we have found this not as easily to manage as we would love. As Shopify have improved, and as its out number one channel, we have made Shopify our product Info (descriptions, tags etc) our main data base. Would be very happy to make Linnworks our starting point, but would wish to back flush Shopify Data and then have a Shopify look a feel, with a similar functionally of being able to turn them into listings for Amazon, Etsy etc.
