All in ONE tagging app that can act as an order tagger, product tagger, and customer tagger.
Set up the app to automatically tag products, customers & orders using custom rules of your choosing It allows you to streamline your order management, creation of customer segments for marketing campaigns & categorize products to enhance discovery. You just need to set up your workflows specifying filtering conditions, and the app will take care of tagging entries that match your conditions in real-time. You can also run the workflows to tag existing entries in your store.

What exceeded expectations
The user interface is dynomite, easy to set up and is very powerful. The app is accurate and dependable. Customer service is fantastic, I can submit a goal and the developer will write the rule for automation. Backdating and testing also is a great feature offered.
What was disappointing
With tags being replaced by metafields, there should be some upgrade to these fields to include metafields. The app is very powerful and at times the user needs to be careful how the rules are set.

Super easy and usable to use, and setup auto-tagging. The interface is clean and clear, yet still extremely powerful.
What was disappointing
I installed and setup Leap Auto Tags back prior to being on Plus, and also before Shopify Flow was included and available to all plans. If I was to redo our setup, I don't believe I would need to use this tool anymore, given it can all be accomplished in Flow (I believe), however it has run so smoothly and problem-free since it was configured that I leave it running to do its thing.
