There are many flows within platforms like activity log issue, communication gap between app support team with merchants, unclear responses, etc..

As a basic review tool it is good and priced fairer than some of it's closest alternatives
What was disappointing
Reviews not crawl able for search or AI tools which is a big downside and the tagging of reviews is weak. Improvement is also needed for video reviews

As a basic review tool it is good and priced fairer than some of it's closest alternatives
What was disappointing
Reviews not crawl able for search or AI tools which is a big downside and the tagging of reviews is weak. Improvement is also needed for video reviews

This has been one of the easiest reviews tools i have used. I love the way we can respond to the review, whether its good or bad

It can be a bit confusing when setting it up initially, but once it is complete, its is easy to use
