What exceeded expectations
I am based in New Zealand, which has complicated shipping rules based on the proximity of the receiving address to the nearest major centre (called rural delivery). Very few apps incorporate these rules, so I have to use Advanced Shipping Rules to create manual rules for my customers based on post codes. I would be unable to run my business at all without this app.
What was disappointing
It's extremely hard to use. To set it up or make any modifications, I need to contact customer service. Thankfully, they're very kind and quick to respond, so I have no complaints regarding their service.
