The product has been pretty much bug free for 5 years and has always solved our complex shipping requirements
What was disappointing
The user interface still seems quite daunting when training new staff members and it's not the most UI/UX conscious software solutions out there.

I haven't had any. The only issues we have left with shipping are issues brought on by Shopify itself mixed with inattentive users.
