One aspect that has really lived up to—and even exceeded—my expectations is how easy it is to collect and manage customer reviews. The platform is very user-friendly, and the automated review invitations make the process much smoother. I’ve also been impressed by the credibility it adds to the brand, since customers tend to trust verified reviews. Overall, the reliability, simplicity, and positive impact on customer confidence have stood out the most.
What was disappointing
One area where the app didn’t fully meet my expectations was its overall ease of navigation. Some features felt a bit hard to find or took extra steps to access. If I could improve just one thing, it would be the user interface—specifically making it more intuitive and streamlined. A cleaner layout and clearer menu structure would make the experience faster, smoother, and much more user-friendly.
