What exceeded expectations
Once it was set up it did work well but did not store all data needed to transition
What was disappointing
Needed a developer to set up and customize to brand, when transitioning to Yotpo the export did not include URL or product ID so had to update those manually

What was disappointing
The back office is a little confusing. Also wish they’re would AI assistance with building flows and creating strategies.
