Creates real loyalty and raving fans. We are a luxury product and the app helps to keep people coming back for more!

What was disappointing

Many users can't seem to navigate the rewards themselves, which creates a customer service influx. I think it is easy to use, so maybe people just don't want to do it if we can do it for them, lol.
