What exceeded expectations
1) the gift bar on the cart page really exceeds the expectations and is so visually easy for the customer 2) the upsell feature has helped us increase our ABV by at least 20% 3) cross sell features work really well All of the above are quite easy to set up and runs smoothly on the website
What was disappointing
1) the upsell feature takes a lot of space on the PDP leading to some of the important stuff been pushed down 2) The messaging in case of Tiered gifts (Different gifts at different bill value) feature needs major change so we can message clearly to the customers at various stages of bill value
