What exceeded expectations

Being able to show a range of complimentary products when adding to cart and as well as when checking out. The option to duplicate and edit offers saves time.

What was disappointing

It's difficult to tell have effective the app is as the reporting is limited, for example, it's not clear how much of the final sale is the upsell or the order total. Adding products can be difficult as they're not often found through the search function. I would love to be able to reorder the products within the offer so that when adding new products or higher value products, these can be easily shown first, rather than having to delete all the existing products and re-add them in the order I want them to show. The post purchase pop up kept causing issues with my downloads app so had to turn that feature off.
