What exceeded expectations
Great app - found via AppStoreResearch. Have used it on a client's site for almost a year now. It's made them a lot of revenue, while also providing customers with more piece of mind.
What was disappointing
Some nuances to cover, such as updating SKUs for the ProtectMyOrder product to correctly link in with our inventory system. Not a detractor at all -- just some kinks to figure out, as often happens with adding any new app.
