What exceeded expectations
Easy to onboard and integrate into the website. We enjoy the additional revenue from it and being able to offer our customers an additional protection for their purchases.
What was disappointing
Customer service is a bit slow to respond, both for merchants and customers. They don't cover warranty related issues while the product is still under manufacturer warranty.
