Loved the block feature for IP addresses and phone numbers, helped us to maintain boundaries with banned customers. Very rarely glitched, good reporting
What was disappointing
Very expensive, charged by the person so not much flexibility for team size throughout the year, and didn't connect well with other programs.

The user interface, it is simple and you can quickly get the job done. The integration with Shopify is really great.
What was disappointing
The app is limited, for example you can't open links within the app. They do not offer a BCC option when sending a message to more than one person. The set up is fairly complicated. Customer service has gotten much slower than when we started using it many years ago.
