What exceeded expectations
I like that the orders from Shopify integrate into Sendcloud. It's pretty easy to navigate and set up shipments and compare prices between carriers.
What was disappointing
What I don't like is the pricing. Sendcloud promises that you benefit from their own negotiated group rates with logistics providers, but I have tested it out and seen that I can get better rates as an individual (not even a business) from PostNL than Sendcloud's rates. My base package costs 6.65 with Sendcloud's PostNL rates and 5.95 on my individual PostNL account.
