What exceeded expectations
It’s the search function that most users know and use. SO it is comfortable in that way. It’s a clean design, indiscrete enough, but not hard to identify on a website.
What was disappointing
TOO EXPENSIVE. To general, if the search word is found in ANY of the product descriptions, url etc. Even part of a word, it will populate. Very frustrating as a user and for me who wants an elegant user experience on the websites I manage.

What was disappointing
TOO EXPENSIVE. To general, if the search word is found in ANY of the product descriptions, url etc. Even part of a word, it will populate. Very frustrating as a user and for me who wants an elegant user experience on the websites I manage.

Customizable search and filtering with a very large catalog - it has way better features than Shopify's standard search and filtering
What was disappointing
it would be great to be able to better automate aspects as we have a lot of categories and still have to review and manually edit them when new ones populate. It occasionally has outages or stops syncing and we have to force sync it back

Great for larger stores as it gives your visitors the ability to find products. Love that it auto syncs with updated collections and recommends the top searches on your site to users. The analytics features is great for seeing what users are looking for when landing on your site.

The design of it is not very flexible and is limited. Would be great to have the ability to add certain promotions.
