What exceeded expectations

The ease of customer journey to submit their request, the ease in editing and dynamically assigning variables to notification emails to. Customers, it’s integration with Shopify discounts to help customer use partial credits. The best part what I like is the email with the shop now button which also copies the credit code to be applied on the website makes it very easy for the customer to use the credit

What was disappointing

Currently the app does not have integration with any Indian shipping providers. If the customer has not provided the email Id, their integration of the app is such that the discount code will not be able to he used by the customer

Automation of returns and seamless return experience for the customers. The customer service team was also very responsive and will always come back to me with solutions to my issue.

What was disappointing

Customisation was not easy as there are a lot of hidden buttons that was able to change the "look and feel" of the return portal. Depending on the customer service agent that attended to your request, he/she might provide the wrong or outdated information to your request.
