The ease of returns and value for the customer should they wish to pay for returns at checkout.
What was disappointing
Put another column in the returns status table detailing the return jurisdiction which would make it easier for companies who have distribution centres in more than one country.

It is working for now, but isn't compatible with many other apps.
What was disappointing
We were told our plan included upsells, however, that was deceiving because it only included exchanges for same product different variant, not actual upsells. Set up also took way longer than we were told.

What was disappointing
Cost is mostly the issue. They did copy Redo and now have Checkout+ that we are rolling out across the portfolio. They don't integrate with Carro which we have for Brookstone.

Efficiently manages returns and saves employee hours as well as confusion for customers. By automating the process, we receive less returns that fall outside of our return policy. It has also helped us build our treet resale marketplace.
What was disappointing
we have had just a couple of interactions with customer service that weren't ideal. Mostly, that they took a long time to get in touch with, and a few times of contacting them to resolve our issues.

It vert easy for the customer to look up and find their order. I loved this as a customer and now appreciated it as an app user. It cut down the amount of volume of Customer Experience department received related to returns
