Referral Candy has exceeded expectations by making the management of our referral program incredibly easy. The platform simplifies tracking, rewards distribution, and program adjustments, allowing us to focus on growing our referral network without hassle. It’s a seamless and effective solution for boosting customer-driven marketing efforts.

What was disappointing

One aspect that has been disappointing is the system's difficulty with searching referrals by referral code, which can make tracking specific referrals more cumbersome. Additionally, having built-in tracking of where referral links are being shared would be incredibly helpful to ensure compliance with terms and reduce the need for manual review to detect potential fraudulent use. These improvements would enhance the efficiency and reliability of the platform.
