What exceeded expectations
We brought this in to replace an underperforming lead-capture pop-up, launched it right before Black Friday, and it delivered a clear lift in email and SMS sign-ups. The auto-fill and easy one-time code sign-up made it about as low-friction as a sign-up form gets. It's also simple enough as a Shopify app that we didn't need a big agency build to get it running.
What was disappointing
Our pop-up went into a lapsed-subscription state at one point, and it stayed broken with no obvious warning until we happened to catch it during a routine site check. If I could change one thing, it would be a clear alert the moment anything stops the pop-up from showing. We stopped using it after we consolidated email and SMS onto Klaviyo, whose own sign-up form now does the same auto-fill and one-time code sign-up, so it was hard to justify paying for both.
