What exceeded expectations
Our CSM is a rockstar. She will watch all of our campaigns over BFCM to see if there are any issues. She proactively builds flows that are in the brand voice.
What was disappointing
Their reporting used to be lackluster but they have greatly improved it recently.

A bit of a decline in channel performance since migrating, but ROI is still very good given their aggressive pricing.

The reporting is very overstated similar to Klaviyo but it integrates into TripleWhale which helps us understand our performance better.

customer service has been relatively helpful, function works as it is needed to provide us with a software for sms marketing
What was disappointing
UI is not great and inferior to Attentive, analytics and some outdated sections make a lot of areas redundant, no real AI for inspiration

UI is not great and inferior to Attentive, analytics and some outdated sections make a lot of areas redundant, no real AI for inspiration
