What exceeded expectations
They truly do seem to be the cheapest in the industry with no monthly fee and discounted options. I also appreciate the cheap insurance options that are way easier to make claims through than directly with the carriers which rarely results in payouts.
What was disappointing
Too click heavy, too much friction, not enough AI learning or automation.

The customer support is exceptional. Always get a quick answer to any issue I have, and the issue is usually an error I made or a setting I couldn't find. Easy enough to use that I could pass it to an employee with minimal training.
What was disappointing
I wish we could send letter-sized mail! We send fabric samples through the mail and being able to print a 2oz envelope stamp would really help.
