What exceeded expectations
Rechnungsprinter Pro has exceeded expectations by simplifying how we generate and export invoices for DATEV. The integration is smooth and saves us significant manual effort in preparing accounting data for our tax advisor. We especially appreciate how easily invoices can be automated and exported in the correct DATEV format, ensuring compliance and consistency. The app’s reliability and clear structure make bookkeeping much more efficient — an essential advantage for a fast-growing brand like Sooley®.
What was disappointing
While the core functionality works very well, it would be helpful if the app offered more flexible customization options for invoice layouts and data exports. For example, being able to adjust invoice templates to reflect our brand design or include custom product metadata (like scan IDs) would make it even more valuable. Additionally, having a clearer reconciliation feature for partially refunded or canceled orders would make DATEV exports more accurate without extra manual checks.
