The best of a bad bunch. It's great in some areas and does a reasonable job, but are were just too many gaps and unclear mapping pathways. I'm looking forward to AI and more updated software replacing A2X and competitors like Link My Books, which is also not great.

Streamlined the accounting process and makes this aspect of the business easy and quick to keep up with on a weekly basis.
What was disappointing
The onboarding was painful. I didn't know too much about the account mapping and even with engaging of the tech support, I still had to reach out to my accountant to run their eyes over everything to give me clarity and confident that what I had set up was correct.
