What exceeded expectations
It has been such a helpful tool to be able to connect our Amazon products to our Shopify store to help automate inventory and import our orders over which helps not only me but our shipping and receiving departments as well.
What was disappointing
The only issue I have with the app is syncing the price. We have to update our pricing manually as we can't set any percentage upscale or descale to our products to help with margins when it comes to shipping.

We use this to connect our global Amazon marketplaces to Shopify. The level of detail with which you are able to adjust specific fields was useful.
What was disappointing
There were just too many glitches with this app. One of the benefits (i.e., detailed field adjustment) was also one of the problems. There seemed to be many glitches. Some of them took you quite far down a rabbit hole, and at any one time it was very hard to know where the problems lay, meaning connections were severed and you didn't have visibility of it.
