What exceeded expectations

We love the ease of use, especially when a SKU does not match from one system to another. The flow to see things lining up between systems is fantastic. We like that there’s more visibility and control within CED than other apps we’ve used. If there’s a SKU not lining up we can solve it on our own (vs needing to reach out to tech support) because of how the system is set up.

What was disappointing

The biggest issue right now is that shipping addresses do not transfer from CED to Shopify in a way that another app we use can recognize the shipping address. CED said this was an API issue with Shopify, However… the software we switched from transferred addresses just fine and our other 3rd party software was able to pick them up just fine. I believe it’s a CED issue, not a Shopify API issue because everything else we’ve used works just fine.
