Very easy to integrate with our website. It was also really helpful to be able to import the reviews from the previous review app we used.

You cannot directly interact with customers to respond to the reviews through the app.

Overall, BON has become one of my favorites because it makes rewarding customers simple and fun.
What was disappointing
API access is only available on higher-tier plans, which can be frustrating for smaller businesses or those on a budget. Some might feel that this limits the platform's flexibility and potential for customization.
