What exceeded expectations
So, first I want to highlight their support. They're very knowledgeable and super fast to respond. I think the thing that the app does really well is that it combines a lot of features that many stores will need, but unfortunately a theme can't provide the level of options that this app can. I won't lie, it can be a little tricky at first when you're using it, but once you wrap your head around it, it's fairly simple to follow. I also appreciate that they release their updates inside of the app, so you can always see what you're getting when one is dropped. I can see why this app is doing very well in the charts.
What was disappointing
My only feedback is onboarding at first can be a little bit tricky, but that might be because the app does quite a lot of things, and if you're coming at it trying to focus on all of those things when you first start, you can get a little bit overwhelmed, so I'd suggest starting off simple with focusing on pre-orders first, then rotating over to back-end stock alerts, because what you learn from pre-orders will help you a lot with the back-end stock alerts.

The product is sending back in stock alerts to our customers and we haven't had any technical issues
What was disappointing
When onboarding, we had a support representative who instructed us to upload all of our signups from a previous app, even those that had been notified, and it ruined our email reputation. We later spoke with another team member that advised that we should have just uploaded people who had not been notified so the set up process was disappointing

We use this app for the preorder feature. It works well and I like that we can set the expected availability date for each product. This really helps with transparency and managing customer expectations.
What was disappointing
Editing the shipping dates is extremely time consuming because there is no search function. This means we have to go through page after page of products to find the product whose date we need to edit. This is very frustrating because being able to edit the dates as stock arrives, is delayed or sold out is a critical feature for us.
