AI SUMMARY

Senior Technical Project Manager, E-commerce (Shopify) at Mira, London, UK - Remote, Full-time. We built Mira on one principle: personalized care backed by science, not guesswork. Stack: Shopify, Shopify Plus. Fit if you have: Shopify Plus, CRO. Salary not stated.

About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company that's helped over 350,000 women test, track, and navigate their hormones, from fertility through perimenopause and everyday wellness.

Our fluorescent hormone-testing technology is unique on the market: instead of a simple positive/negative line, it gives you a real, quantitative lab reading at home, validated against the gold-standard ultrasound and used in studies across 50+ universities and by 5,000+ healthcare professionals. We built Mira on one principle: personalized care backed by science, not guesswork.

About The Role

We are hiring a senior, hands-on E-commerce Delivery Project Manager to drive Technical Execution across Mira’s e-commerce ecosystem.

This is a delivery-focused role - you will bring structure, accountability and momentum to cross-functional e-commerce projects and ensure work moves smoothly from planning through launch.

You will coordinate closely with E-commerce, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Copy and Compliance, making sure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and launches happen on time and to a high standard.

The role is focused on delivery - you will work closely with the E-commerce Product Manager, who owns the product roadmap, CRO strategy and prioritisation, while you ensure the cross-functional work required to deliver those priorities moves smoothly from planning to launch.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in e-commerce project management, delivery, operations or a similar role, ideally supporting complex Shopify stores.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional delivery across Design, Copy, Development and Marketing.

  • Strong experience managing multiple projects, timelines and dependencies in a fast-paced startup.

  • Comfortable working with developers, understanding technical workflows and resolving delivery blockers.

  • Strong ownership and organisation: proactively follow up, close communication gaps and keep work moving.

  • Clear, assertive communication with the confidence to drive decisions, timelines and accountability.

  • Detail-oriented, independent and adaptable, with experience using modern project management, collaboration and AI tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify Plus.

  • Experience in health, wellness or regulated products.

  • Experience with subscription or lifecycle-driven businesses.

  • Experience coordinating promotions, BFCM or other high-volume e-commerce periods.

  • Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing.

  • Experience working with distributed international teams.

Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Delivery: Drive end-to-end execution of website updates, landing pages, product launches, promotions and other e-commerce initiatives.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate Copy, Design, Development, Marketing and Compliance to ensure everyone knows what needs to happen, by when, and what is blocking progress.

  • Development Delivery: Lead development standups 2x per week, track progress, identify blockers and keep engineering work moving.

  • Launch Management: Own launch readiness, timelines, dependencies, QA and go-live coordination across website and e-commerce initiatives.

  • Promotions & Campaigns: Coordinate delivery of promotional campaigns, including website updates, merchandising, creative, development and supporting changes.

  • Product Launches: Coordinate execution of new product and feature launches across the storefront and relevant teams.

  • Landing Pages & Website Updates: Drive delivery of LPs and other website changes across copywriting, design, development, QA and launch.

  • Process & QA: Maintain clear delivery, QA and launch processes that enable the team to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Project Tracking: Maintain clear project plans, priorities, timelines, dependencies and status updates across active e-commerce work.

  • Risk & Escalation: Identify blockers, risks and missed timelines early, proactively resolve issues and escalate when needed.

  • Team Coordination: Keep stakeholders aligned and ensure handoffs between teams happen smoothly.

Benefits

  • Join one of the fastest-growing femtech companies in the U.S., driven by a strong mission to advance women’s health and expand access to care.

  • Be part of a passionate, highly motivated, and international team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where your work directly impacts company growth, strategy, and key decisions.

  • Enjoy real opportunities for career growth, with the ability to shape, build, and develop teams as we scale.

  • Work in a flexible, fully remote environment that supports autonomy, ownership, and independence.

  • Receive a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs.
