AI SUMMARY

Senior Manager Ecommerce at a fast-growing multi-brand CPG company (hiring through R2 Global), on-site in Santa Ana, CA. You own the day-to-day commercial performance of its Shopify DTC business: running Shopify Plus across several storefronts (products, collections, merchandising, promotions, checkout and apps), the ecommerce P&L with revenue, conversion, AOV and contribution margin, and paid acquisition on Meta and Google with agencies. You also run Klaviyo email and SMS lifecycle, the CRO testing roadmap, weekly and monthly reporting for leadership, and coordination with operations, supply chain and creative on launches. Fit if you have: 5+ yrs in DTC ecommerce, advanced daily Shopify Plus expertise, paid media, Klaviyo and analytics, commercial fluency in CAC, LTV and contribution margin, and lean-team self-starter habits. Pay: $125K-$150K base plus bonus. Benefits: health, dental and vision insurance, flexible PTO.

A fast-growing multi-brand CPG company is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day commercial performance of its Shopify DTC business. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Shopify and knows what it takes to grow a brand online.

What You’ll Own

  • Day-to-day management and optimisation of Shopify Plus across multiple DTC storefronts — products, collections, merchandising, promotions, checkout and app ecosystem

  • Ecommerce P&L including revenue targets, conversion rate, AOV and contribution margin

  • Paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and emerging channels in partnership with agencies

  • Email and SMS lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo — campaigns, automated flows and segmentation

  • CRO testing roadmap — hypotheses, experiments, results and iteration

  • Weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear recommendations for leadership

  • Cross-functional coordination with operations, supply chain and creative teams on product launches and promotional calendars

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in ecommerce for DTC brands

  • Advanced hands-on Shopify Plus expertise — you work in the platform daily, not just at a strategy level

  • Strong on paid media, Klaviyo lifecycle and ecommerce analytics

  • Commercially fluent across CAC, LTV, contribution margin and forecasting

  • Self-starter comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment

What's On Offer

  • Base salary up to $150K

  • Potentially lucrative bonuses

  • Health, vision, dental insurance

  • Generous/flexible PTO

Questions you can expect in the interview

Drawn from this posting. None of them repeat on another job.

1.You would own the ecommerce P&L: revenue, conversion, AOV and contribution margin across several DTC storefronts. Which of those do you look at first on a Monday, and why?
2.The role runs paid acquisition across Meta, Google and emerging channels with agencies. Tell us about a time an agency's report looked good and the contribution margin did not.
3.You would manage Klaviyo email and SMS flows and segmentation. Which flow do you build or fix first on a store with weak repeat purchase?
4.You would run a CRO testing roadmap with hypotheses, results and iteration. How do you choose what to test first on a multi-brand portfolio?
5.The company is multi-brand CPG in a lean environment. How do you decide what the storefronts share and what each brand keeps its own?
