Ecommerce Manager - CRO, Shopify, Growth

We're partnering with a high-growth Australian brand in the fitness and active lifestyle space, with exciting expansion plans across Australia and international markets.

• Salary up to $110,000 to $140,000 + Super

• 3+ years' experience in ecommerce, CRO or digital trading

• Gold Coast - fully office based

• Shopify, CRO, A/B Testing, UX, Analytics, Merchandising

• High-volume ecommerce environment with significant growth ahead

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll take ownership of the ecommerce experience, with a strong focus on CRO, customer journey optimisation and commercial performance. Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve conversion, increase revenue per session and create a better experience across desktop and mobile.

• Own the ecommerce website and its commercial performance

• Drive conversion rate optimisation across the customer journey

• Analyse customer behaviour, funnels and website performance

• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, product pages and checkout

• Optimise the mobile customer journey and remove conversion barriers

• Own website merchandising, product presentation and landing page optimisation

• Work closely with creative, marketing and development teams

• Monitor site speed, UX and technical performance

We're looking for an ecommerce professional who is commercially minded, highly analytical and genuinely hands-on. You should have strong experience working with Shopify and a proven understanding of CRO, customer behaviour and ecommerce performance.
